2.) After the class, discuss the interests of the student, as it presents you like an experienced teacher. Avoid conversation on useless topics.

3.) Whenever you meet the parents greet them in a traditional way (like Namaste) and always stick to a polite tone of the conversation. Greeting with the student should be done in a formal way (like Afternoon or Evening wishes).

5.) Do understand the nature and expectations of parents and mould yourself according to their needs, as if they want strict behaviour, try to be strict and maintain discipline.

Note: But don't let you face any kind of problem just because of parents demand, be in your comfort zone.

6.) Also, let parents know that you are a result-oriented teacher and they don't need to worry about the grades of their child. Build trust.

7.) Don't get over-friendly with students. After the class, try to share the strong as well as the weak points of the student with parents.

Use interactive and practical examples to which students are familiar and can relate with themselves. Never let them take the burden. Relaxation is also necessary.
