1. You Know and understand that Dynamic Tutorial is a marketplace for providing home tutors and will facilitate through its platform and other resources finding for you such students who need home tuition in your area of expertise.
2. We have three plans for you, you have to choose any one of these:
(1) Platinum Plan:-
Dynamic Tutorial will charge ₹200 as one-time registration fees and 50%( plus applicable taxes, if any ) of the first-month salary/fee payment received only.
(2) Gold Plan:-
Dynamic Tutorial will charge ₹100 as one-time registration fees and 50%( plus applicable taxes, if any ) of the first-month salary/fee payment received and 25% ( plus applicable taxes, if any ) of the second-month salary/fee payment received.
(3) Silver Plan:-
Dynamic Tutorial will charge 60% ( plus applicable taxes, if any ) of the first-month salary/fee received only.
Please note that no reply will be considered as silver plan, and if in future you want to shift your plan to the upgraded one, then the leads post-payment will be considered with the upgraded plan only.

You are also required to send us the screenshot of the payment made.
3. You know and understand that if you hide from us, the running of tuition for any lead(s) details given /provided by us, first of all, your registration will be cancelled forever and we have the right to recover the loss caused by you. We also have the right to take appropriate (legal) action against you for breach of contract or violation of terms and conditions under the IPC Section 420 and 421.
4. You agree to compensate Dynamic Tutorial from and against any and all claims, causes of action, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney/legal /processing fees) which arise directly from breach of any applicable law/rule/terms and conditions, for your negligent or willful misconduct.
5. You Know and agree that the relationship between Dynamic Tutorial and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.
6. You know and understand that we have the right to allow/give or not the contact details of enquiries references/leads sent to you. You are requested not to call regarding the allotment of the lead, if you actually meet the eligibility and fit best among all the other aspirants of the same lead, you will be provided with the information of the lead. Further, if you have any query regarding the registration procedure or something, we heartily welcome you between 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.
7. You know and understand since any/same enquiry/lead is sent to all the teachers so there is no guarantee for allotment of the relevant enquiry /lead responded by you.
8. You Know and agree that you will teach the student if and only if at least one parent/guardian is present in the house.
9. You know and agree that we will not be responsible for any inconvenience, misbehaviour, miss happening by the parents/guardian/student.
10. You understand and agree that all information of Guardian /Student provided by us is deemed reliable and you will never misuse that.
11. You understand that if you agreed to take an assignment/tuition, you will have to run it properly for at least one month. In unavoidable circumstances, you have to give a minimum 7 days notice period prior to discontinuing any tuition.
12. You know and agree that you will provide/send/show your ID proof, address proof & academic records/documents to us whenever we demand /require.
13. You know and agree that your academic documents/records can be shared any time to guardian/student on his/her demand. But Your ID and address proof/details will be shared with guardian/student and legal authorities only when there is a legal requirement due to an unwanted event/incident.
14. Tutor/Teacher Registration can be cancelled/ Suspended without notification on-
A. Any misconduct to the Client or Us.
B. Consecutive Failure of 2 assignments/trails by any reason. The 3rd chance may be considered in specific circumstances.
C. Absentee for a long duration without notice/information.
D. Diverting/violating (of) from any term and condition.
E. Calling us irrelevantly regarding the allotment of the lead.
15. You know and understand that you will have to give 2-3 days of demo classes for each tuition. You will not be paid any amount /conveyance for demo classes.
16. You know and understand that You or your family will not be paid any compensation amount for loss due to an accident/miss happening / unwanted incidence during and after this job.
17. You know and understand that you will be paid your first-month fee share after charging commission only after completing all classes of the first month.
18. You know and understand that from the second month and onwards, you will be entitled to collect the fee directly from the guardian.
19. You know and understand that all academic, personal and other details/ information ( documents) provided by you to us are true and fair. If we find any information /details /documents wrong/forge at any stage /time, your registration will be cancelled and appropriate legal action may be taken against you.
20. You know and understand that we have the right to add /delete /modify /change /edit any term /condition at any time ( You will be informed of the same). And you will be compelled to follow the same.
21. You know and understand that request for any matter will be considered by us only when you made it through your registered mobile number or /and email id with us and or to our authorised mobile numbers ( 6388065377 & 7905940898 ) and or email Id ( contact@dynamictutorial.in ).
